

Our Teen/Adult classes are for men and women from 13-95 years old. We teach a practical martial art that includes:
- Forms (kata) – Memorized fighting sequences
- Sparring – Light to medium contact punching and kicking
- Self-Defense techniques – Memorized responses to different types of attacks, with an emphasis on quickly stopping and evading the attack
- Physical conditioning – We emphasize both cardio and strength training
- Martial Arts Tournament participation (optional)
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday 7-9PM and most Saturdays 10AM-Noon
