
Our Kids class is for both boys and girls from 5-12 years old.
We teach focus, forms, sparring, and self-defense techniques. Martial arts training has been proven to improve, balance, stamina, strength and coordination while providing a skill that can last a lifetime.
It also has been shown to improve concentration and academic performance.
Classes are Tuesday, Thursday from 5:45 to 6:45PM with open workouts on most Saturdays from 10AM-Noon.
Tournament participation is encouraged but not required.
